Legal writing is the kind of legal document that is filed and presented in the court. It includes the analysis of all the facts and arguments such as legal memorandum and briefs. There are three popular forms of legal writing. The first one involves drafting a legal problem or an issue. The other form is little persuasive which involves presenting arguments. The third and the last form of legal writing deals with drafting legal instruments, for example, will and contracts.
